HAVE ONLY USED IT ONE TIME SO FAR BUT IT DONE A VERY GOOD JOB ON MY LIVING ROOM CARPET REMOVING A NUMBER OF SPOTS WILL DO REST OF HOUSE AFTER THE NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS.

Yes I have used it and it is great, with plenty of power and nice and light to move around. I have previously used the larger model and found that heavy to use and it would have been more bulky to store. My only regret is that you cannot use tools with the Rapide Spring Clean as that would have been a great option to have even if you had to buy separately. I am also slightly concerned that because it is lighter and therefore the 'body' of the unit probably not as strong - that it may be easy to chip/crack the main hoover area against doors and or furniture if you are not careful - I will wait to see if this is the case.

The Rapide Spring clean is incredibly easy to use. It is so convenient you could use it daily to clean away stains. I was particularly impressed when it cleaned out a dark inground stain from a deep pile bedroom carpet that came up like new. So easy to handle and use I gave my parents downstairs carpets a clean in just over an hour. Great product.

A very light and easy to use machine, does as it says cleans very well with not alot of effort, if there is one downside its the lack of an attachment for cleaning stairs, overall very pleased.

For the money its a decent little carper cleaner;easy to use/manouvre and light enough to carry up/downstairs when filled (even though I'm an OAP with medical issues). Its compact enough to fit into a small area for storage, ideal and handy for cleaning spills and dirty footprints on rugs. In all I would recommend this to a friend, thats how I came to buy mine. My friend loaned me hers to try first, next time I was in my local ASDA I picked one up for myself, I find it ever so useful.

Used last week found it easy to use and carpets came up great.

A very tidy little machine, easy to put together, light weight and easy to handle.
Have only used once but very pleased with results - amazed at amount of dirt lifted out of the carpet which looks years newer.
Only downside I can see is that it seems to use a fair amount of shampoo which could make the cleaning more expensive per wash than I envisaged.

We are very pleased with this purchase which has already paid for itself as it would have cost much more to get some one in.
The results were very good. We saw the dirt coming out in the water and the carpet was left clean and fresh and not too wet. It also re-junvenated the carpet pile. We used the vax ultra plus as we had had a dog for a long time.
The machine is light and easy to handle. The only thing we regret is perhaps not having researched further as it would have been useful to have an attatchment to do small corners and the stairs, and perhaps upholstry but on the whole we are very pleased.

I have used my Rapide Spring Clean a couple of times since I bought it about a week ago. My carpets were pretty grubby as I have two dogs and it is a while since I did a shampoo of the carpets! I found putting it together initially very straight forward. After using it I was very pleased with the simple way it came apart to be washed out and how easily it all slotted back together. I had to go over the carpets a couple of times because they were in such need, but they have certainly come up brighter and fresher. If I had to say anything about what I felt was lacking, it is just the need of some sort of handle or hand hold closer to the body of the cleaner to make carrying it up stairs easier, as the handle at the top does not allow for lifting it high enough to get up the stairs easily.

All in all I am pleased with the performance and ease of use of the cleaner.

Easy to put together and to use. It does leave the carpet damp but this is what I expected. It managed to remove most of the stains on my carpet - the only one that has not completely gone was very old and covered quite a large area. However, it is now difficult to see and I am hoping that with the next clean it will disappear completely. I am very pleased with the product.

My 80+ year old mother bought the machine and found 2 issues. 1) the construction notes print was too small & 2) no where in the instructions does it specify how much detergent to put into the machine - a major flaw. The only way to resolve the detergent issue was to contact your customer support people who were aware that the lack of quantity of detergent instruction was missing.

Very pleased with this machine, adequate for our needs, you may need a more powerful machine if you have larger rooms. Did have trouble lining one screw up in first part of contruction.

Really good product, lighter than my previous Vax Rapide carpet washer, more water comes out and the vaccuum is good, the carpets are almost dry. I am really embarrassed when I empty the dirty water tank - I didn't realise how dirty my carpets were!

BUT I do miss the facility / tools to be able to clean the stairs and upholstery which my previous machine had.

I found that the results were very good! However, there was a couple of little things that I noticed.

I found the instructions a little vague - I would have liked to know exactly how much water the container holds instead of guessing, it would be helpful to have markings on the side, for the times you just need to clean a small area, and don't need it filled to capacity. It wasn't too clear on how to put the machine together - drawings are all well and good, provided they're supported by concise instructions.

That aside, I think the machine is excellent value for money, and I'm very pleased with it.

I found the Rapide Spring Clean easy to assemble and to use. The one thing that caused slight difficulty was in searching for how much cleaner to add to the container of water. I realised eventually that this was explained pictorially. I think the web site could at least advise that a small quantity of cleaner is included with the Rapide and possibly even say how much is used per filling.

I have had Vax carpet washers before and this cleaner is in the same class EXCELLENT.I can honestly say i have never thought about buying any other make.I am disabled and if iam still around when this one needs replacing i will buy Vax again and i would highly recommend Vax to anyone.

We have used our vax twice now and we are very pleased with its cleaning ability and its ease of emptying and washing the machine after use. We have had difficulty buying replasement shampoo but have now found a supplyer namely comet stores who supply it . Overall the vax is good value for the price. Thank you.

This cleaner was easy to use, I did notice a difference and didn't think my carpets were dirty. Very good value for the money.

Would have been more help to have the water tank capacity shown on the tank itself so you could work out the ratio of addative other than that all ok

Extemely easy to use and very lightweight. Much easier to use than my (very) old Vax vacuum/carpet washer was. It did a good job but would have been even better if the brushes were rotating ones. Good value for money.

I thought your machine was good to use. Really didnt think much of the Vax cleaning solution, didnt really get much out even when I treated the few dark marks on the carpets.

I have always hired an industrial cleaner on a timed hire this was very hard work and very disruptive as we had to wait for each room to dry.
The VAX Spring Clean is fantastic so simple to operate cleans well,no need to clean a complete room in one go, dirty area's can be done over again.I only wish we had purchased a household carpet cleaner years ago.

I recently purchased, the Vax Rapide Spring Clean.
It was so easy to put together, A child could do it, then having used it I was thrilled with the results, this is a very good Gutsy little cleaner,and well worth the money.It also left the carpets virtually dry
you can watch it draw the water out!

It gave a little spring to the carpet but didn't really clean as well as one would have hoped so had to go over the carpet a couple of times and did not deal at all well with even the lightest of stains, but what can you expect for such little money. I suppose a higher end model would have attachments to cope with stairs but generally I think it is ok.

i had a quick clean around yesterday, just a couple of rugs that were quite "mucky" and they came up a treat, i have to buy somemore cleaning fluid and i will be getting on with my carpets.
i am very impressed with this product.

A very good cleaner which does exactly what it promises. Two small criticisms however. If you lay the water tank flat after filling with cleaning solution it leaks at the handle. Secondly would it be possible to have one litre quantities marked on the tank so that you can add the cleaning fluid and then top up to the relevant quantity rather than have to measure it out in ltres?

Pretty effective and easy to operate after just a couple of minutes getting used to it. Recommended

The machine has cleaned the front room carpet and the main bedroom carpet very well,whether it will last only time will tell, as we have had two vax cleaners before and both didn't last long, was not going to buy a vax again but Amazon were doing a very good deal and the machine has a 2 year guarantee and other makes of machines did not have very good write ups from user's but this one did, so hope all is ok.

A bit difficult for me to push home some of the parts when assembling, had to get someone with stronger hands. Not having had a carpet washer before wasn't sure what sort of standard to expect, but think this did OK.

Found the product did what it stated , my carpets were left fresh and clean .

We have tried our new Vax machine once and found it to be easy to set up and to use. It is also quite light for moving around the house and as for cleaning it was quiote surprising the amount it picked up. Early signs are therefore positive.

I have tried the Rapide Spring Clean and found it to be very good. I am sure it will save me lots of money in professional carpet cleaning fees. It is very easy and light to assemble and use. My sister has now bought one.

I found the machine light and easy to use. It's easy to clean, the only difficult thing was the rubber bar/filter got a liitle clogged but again i managed to clean it. Overall i am very pleased with my vax and would recommend it.

I have used the cleaner now a couple of time in different rooms. It is very light it is easy to use and clean following use. My carpets look clean and fresh I am very pleased so far.

The machine was easy to fit together and to use. I saw an improvement on the carpets I cleaned although as they were quite soiled I think that I will need to clean again to really see them getting back to pristine condition

I have used a few times now and although I am hapy with the product I think the following may be of benefit. More even distibution of the liquid . I find it is very random on certain carpet types. adjustable height. Somtimes the pick up isn't great on short carpets. Would benefit from a rotating brush (not sure if other models have this). Would beenfit from hand held with brush for stubborn areas again not sure if this is on other models.

As the dreawing of the inclusion of cleaning liquid is quite small I actually didn't use enough cleaner the first time I used it, so had to repeat the process. Carpets are certainly fresher.

The machine was light and easy to handle and clean. I didn't think it would give such a good result as the cleaning company who normally steam clean my carpets as the water should not exceed 40 or 50 degrees - so I was pleasantly surprised to see how well the Vax removed marks and stains from my carpets, leaving them noticeably brighter and fresher than before.

I was so impressed that I recommended the Vax to my father and, having seen my carpets, he bought his own Vax 3 days later!

I am quite keen to find the time to clean my carpets again to see if I can improve on the first results - and cleaning carpets would not normally be my first choice of leisure activities.

The RAPIDE was quick and easy to use and gave a new lease of life to my carpets. They have beeen down 7 years and i have a dog. I have previousley steamed them but that only took away the top stain, this washer left them soft and deep cleaned.

Only used it once up to now and it seems good. only thing I dont like is when cleaning it out after use I cant easily remover the front bit where the dirty water goes up to clean it propery. I used to have a vax rapid where the front totally comes off and i can run it under tap.

I have already used the new machine, it is larger than my previous cleaner (also a Vax). I am very impressed with it, it covers a lot more area and is very efficient.

I bought the cleaner as we have plain carpets that show all the marks when our grandchildren come to visit each week. I have found it an ideal purchase which is lightweight and easy to use.

A great little compact cleaning system, easily assembled ( comes in a box sort of flat packed) used on two lightly soiled and one very heavily soiled carpets ( I have a dog too!) with excellent results for such a small machine. Heavily soiled carpet took two attempts ( it hadn't been washed for sometime!) it takes all the main traffic through the bungalow and the system managed to bring it up nicely. All in all very satisfied with this product however if you are looking for something to clean soft funishings with this machine may not be for you because it does not include a tool kit; but it's a whizz on carpets it's light, has good manouverability and it's quick.

I was not quite sure what to expect from my new vax due to the fact that it is smaller and a lot cheaper than most cleaners on the market.I wasnt disappointed though as I found it really easy to assemble from the box and set up for the first time .
Filling the reservoir with water and cleaning fluid was easy as was snapping the tank back into place on the machine listening for a click to say it was in place correctly.Switching on the machine using the foot pedal was simple as was pressing the other pedal to lower the handle so as to achieve a comfortable postion a must as I am 6ft tall and dont want to be putting my back out cleaning my carpets.
The vax is light and very easy to push on the carpet and using the trigger on the handle to release the shampoo I find that it only releases a sensible amount and doesnt soak the carpet too much unlike other machines I,ve had before.Pulling the machine back towards me and I find that it hoovers up the excess and dirty water into the lower tank and you can see how dirty the carpet really is .You need to do this bit with noone watching.
So all in all a very light and easy to use machine that doesnt overwet the carpet .It is very reasonably priced and surprises at how well it performs compared with bigger and more expensive machines .

I have used this twice, once on my living room carpet, and once on one of my bedroom carpets. Both times I have been very happy with the results....fantastic! I did have an old fashioned Hoover Carpet cleaner, with the two scrubbing brushes, which left the carpet very wet. It was my late mother`s, and was over 40years old!! What a difference this one is. I am very, very happy with it , and would recommend you to anyone.........

Since purchasing the Vax Rapide my wife has used it to shampoo most of the carpets in our house and she finds it cleans very well,even in places where the carpet had a few quite bad mark's on it.
She also find's it easy to empty and clean.

really easy to put together and use dint think my carpets were that dirty

Just used my carpet cleaner for the first time and Iwas amazed at the ease of use and the amount of water it sucks back up. The machine was also very easy to dismantle. Very impressed indeed and look forward to using it in the very near future as I have a dog and they do create some mess especially on wet days.

Thought it was great. Up to now just cleaned kitchen carpet not perfect but very good will try agsin later.

Very efficient easy to use simple instructions

This product is exelent, only problem not enough infomation on when & how to use the trigger for releasing the fluid (should it be permantly on, or short bursts of trigger. Otherwise are very pleased with it.

It was easy to assemble and use. Having only used it once i fould it easy to use and it did take a lot of dirt out of the carpet.I will be useing on other carpets and think it will perform just as well. Seem good value for money.

The Rapide was easy to fill and empty and was effective over the carpets. Found it did not clean spots and next time I would do spot cleaning first then the overall carpet. So far, so good!

Have only owned the Rapide Spring Clean for just over a week - however have already used it to clean my lounge carpet, which has come up beautifully and also to treat two large stains on my hall carpet, that I have been struggling to get rid of for a long time. So far they look very good!!

I have been impressed by the design and quality of the machine and importantly have found it does a good job of cleaning carpets. A minor criticism is that the dirty water container has several tight corners that trap pieces of dirt and cannot be cleaned out.

It is the best buy I have made for a long time. The ease of using this carpet cleaner is astonishing and the results are fantastic. I would definately reccomend this model for anyone who finds the thought of shampooing daunting.It is easier than vacumning and the outcome is outstanding. Get one,,its cheaper than buying new carpet,and less hastle.

Certainly removed a lot of dirt. Took a little longer than I expected. I think, with hindsight, I should have bought the model with the revolving brush. This one, however, is good value for money.

Have only used it once so far but pleased with results and easy to use, much easier than our earlier one (the big orange one shaped like a drum!!) Also economical on the amount of cleaning fluid needed.

Opened the box, simple to put together. Started machine up and it performed well at taking water out of the carpet. Emptied well and ready for next action.

I think the machine is wonderful, does a good job and is extremely easy to use. My only "complaint" if you can call it that is that it is very difficult to clean fluff out from the area where the water is drawn out of the carpet. I did obviously thoroughly hoover the carpet before using the vax but there is always going to be a certain amount of fluff. In the end it was a opened out paper clip and trying to flush it out with water but I still had a little fluff I just couldn't get to. Having said this I still think the machine overall is good.

I have only managed to use the Vax once but I had some terrible stains from where the children had dropped things and then they hadn't been cleaned properly. I didn't expect them to disappear completly but after using the cleaner I was very surprised as too how much of a difference it did make. The rapide spring clean, is easy to use,moves very easy on the carpet, and it is so easy to clean. just releases enough water to clean and does not leave the carpet too wet, glad i purchased it.

Excellent. A lot of carpet shampooers are hard to manipulate, but the Rapide Spring Clean is lighter than my hoover.Ideal,if ,like me,you have back problems.It left my carpets looking like new again, so am very satisfied.

I have only had chance to use the machine the once and it did a really good job of the bedroom carpet, only downside to it is there is no attachments to clean upholstery or the stairs but apart from that does a good job.

Excellent piece of equipment - I've had a Vax cleaner/washer for about 20 years which had finally given up the ghost so decided to go for two separate units and uprights this time, excellent value for money = don't know how I could have managed without them - The washer is so easy to bring out and just start using and the hoover performance is great - my carpets look like new again...

Easy to assemble, easy to use, not too heavy. Not put off by the noise - it's only doing its job!

It tends to freshen the carpets with a slight clean if you only go over the area once. For recent spillages, go over a few times & it is removed. For older stains might be more difficult and need to clean separately beforehand, then go over with the vax.

We used it for the first time a few days ago, and were very impressed by the simplicity of the machine and the resultant dirt that was taken out of the Carpet, It realy had to be seen to be believed. Our overall opinion of this machine was Excellant.

I have had good results with this machine. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it, fluid out on the forward stroke and suck up on the back stroke. Will need to buy more product soon.

I have two Dobermans, and carpets, so the Vax had its work cut out. After one clean my carpets smelled fresh! I am therefore very pleased with my Vax because it gets rid of dirt... and pet odour!

Utterly brilliant. We have a creamy/stone coloured carpet which had slowly got dirtier and dirtier over the years and the wife was really wishing we hadn't bought it. An opportunity arose to get this cleaner in the sale so we decided to give it a go. At first we didn't think it had done much but when the furniture was all moved back and the carpet had dried out fully we really couldn't believe our eyes. It was like a new carpet again. Amazing. My only gripe is the carpet fluff that gets into the entryway; it seems impossible to remove unless you can tell me something I'm missing? Otherwise, a fabulous cleaner.

i originally chose this particular cleaner due to it being one of the cheapest and although had read some reviews, thought would give it a try..However, as i have a large bungalow with carpets thoughout i should have gone for a much larger capacity type, wherein it holds much more water.. i am unfortunately continually having to fill up the tank.. Had a small probelm also at first with leaking tank but Vax immediately despatched a replacement which was good..So on reflection just wished i had returned it for a much larger model.. So my advice would be do your homework, look at the amount of water the cleaner holds first to see what is suitable to your size of home..if you`ve got a small flat then this would be perfect.

ive only used this once as i am waiting for the summer to come but the time i used it it has done a very good job

Very compact so it's very easy to store, very effective, a little bit noisy as I live in a flat I am always concerned about making too much noise. Nice long power lead. Easy to empty. Simple to operate.

The rapide is an excellent cleaning product and a must for anyone with young children and light coloured carpets!

As a busy mum of 2 boys under 5 the last thing i need is to be scrubbing carpets on my hands and knees and the rapide has stopped me needing to do this.

My boys share a room with baby blue carpet and boys will be boys spilling things and squashing things into the carpet. The rapide cleans up the chocolate milk spills with ease. The washing machine with various cleaning agents often takes several washes to remove the chocolate milk from clothing yet the rapide removes it first time from the carpet!

Only thing i would change is the amount of cleaning agent provided could do with getting a larger bottle.

Overall an excellent product which I'm pleased to have invested in. I even convinced my dad to buy one!

We are very pleased with our W91-RS-B-A Rapide Spring Clean it has come in very useful for cleaning our new rugs.

Rapide Spring Clean, works very well on the carpet and leaves it very fresh but it takes time to dry. I am very hapy but the only thing is the stairs that I can not clean with it.I would been a lot happyer if it had something for the stairs. Thats why I am rating it 4/5 otherwise it would of been 5/5. Thank you

Bought my new vax as it was half price in the sale wanted to remove an old tea stain right in the middle of my lounge. My new vax didnt remove the stain but did give a rapide spring clean.Wish it had attachments for stairs. glad i didnt pay full price.

I love my new vax cleaner it gives a really deep clean and my carpets are not wet through like they are with some cleaners. I decided to buy a vax because of its reputation i have a vax hoover that ive had for years and its never given me any trouble its never needed repairing and the suction is just as good today as it was the first day I bought it

I bought two VAX appliances, areplacement upright cleaner & a carpet cleaner.It was vital the upright was able to deal with shed cat hairs. NO PROBLEM. Our carpet is cream coloured, a mistake on my part. The carpet cleaner is tackling it in stages very well. Not able to do it all at once due to health problems, humping furniture around and all that. Its safe to say that we are both happy with the products, and look forward to a good few years of service.

Not really impressed with the way it cleans the carpet, it leaves lines because the brush does not move. I had to go over individual stains/marks afterwards as it did not remove them. I would say that it refreshes the carpet but does not deep clean it.

I found that it brought my carpets up like new carpets, did not find it hard to use. use it at least one a week, take all the hairs out of the carpets, i have bought a good carpet cleaner. Regrds Linda Mclenaghan

We are delighted with our carpet cleaner. It has transformed a thick white rug which is at least seventy years old! We are shampooing it each week and bit by bit it is becoming whiter and whiter!! A great joy! JM

I bought the W91-RS-B-A Rapide Spring Clean in December 2010, In one of the rooms I have a cream carpet and have used the cleaner several times. It does a good job and leaves the carpet really clean. It is easy to use and is well worth the money. I would recommend the Vax Rapide to anyone.

An excellent machine at a very competitive price.Cleans well.Probably not as deep as the industrial types but it is so easy to use in the same way as a vacuum that we will clean the carpet more!
Only point make sure you give clearer instructions about the cleaning fluid mix to the tank.

This is a great product, cleaned up orange jucice and brought up our cream carpet really well, its like new.

I found this machine to be very good after my son had a party for his 17th birthday it was crashed with many more than expected, the house was a tip, we did not know where to start. But after borrowing the machine we had to use it three times to get up all the mud, it was amazing. I was warned about the water leaking when I turned the machine off I just stood it on a towel, great machine.

This machine was worth getting as it was so easy to assemble together and really got my carpets clean. The instructions were easy to follow and it was good value for money and I highly reccomend this.

I have used Rug Doctor in the past, but this is expensive and time consuming collecting using and returning. So i bought a vax and what a difference, it cleaned great. After twice cleaning carpet it looked and felt great and if you get a little dirty spot just get the vax out and all clean again.

We have been in our flat a year with brand new carpets and it was amazing how much dirt was in them. The cleaner is brilliant all our family wants a shot of it.

Not long after buying the vax we had a burst pipe. It helped clear some of the water, although not as good as the old vax we have, it did a good job

Very good it does what it says on the box. It freshens your carpets and gives your carpets a clean, but it's not to good on bad stains.

We bought this to replace a previous model. Set it up, putting it together easily. Instructions nice and easy to understand. Used the machine and it done a good job on the carpets we used it on. Cleaned the machine afterwards as instructed.

After using it only once, so far, I am very impressed. It does a great job.

The machine does its job very well. It is good to have a machine of our own so that spills and dirt can be cleaned up as soon as they occur. In our house it would be convenient if the cable was 1 metre longer.

It may be a bit early to review this machine but I will put a few comments down.
I have used it a couple of times and it has cleaned the main areas that I have covered.

Initially I was looking to spend as little as possible but realise now it might well have been better to have bought one with a powered roller brush on the front as I think it would have taken up the water better.
With little instructions it was debatable how much cleaning liquid should be used. It appeared that the dirtier areas could have done with a stronger solution.

However all in all it does the job and has cleaned up our main carpet areas.

So far used once. in a small area to test, Results are good, it is easy to set up and use. When the weather improves i will do a seious clean, but first impressions are good

This small carpet cleaner has produced a good result. Our carpet had unfortunately become very discoloured, very quickly in two separate places and the improvement with one use of the cleaner is marked. On areas where the carpet just needed a freshen up the result is noticeable.
There are one or two small irritations. The used water tank is awkward to fit and the slot through which dirty water is fed into the tank gets clogged with carpet fibes. It needs to be cleaned immediately after use whilst the fibres are wet as, if they are allowed to dry, it becomes difficult to dislodge them. It would be useful if a specialist cleaning tool was included with the product.
Also the clean water tank leaks from the top and must be kept very upright whilst filling and fitting.
However, the main criteria is whether the product does what it says and cleans carpets and I would rate this cleaner as 4/5.

My husband used the W91-RS-B-A Rapide Spring Clean on a large cream rug. He had to protect the wooden flooring underneath with ground sheets and found the machine quite easy to use. However, after the rug had been cleaned and allowed to dry we could see clean "stripes" where the water and cleaner had been applied to the rug and then sucked out of it. Hopefully the next few cleanings will eradicate this problem.

Lovely cleaner, I thought that it may be complicated to use but infact it is so easy, its excellent. Doesn't take too long for the carpets to dry either which is an added bonus.

i thought this cleaner would not be very good due to its size and capacity, i was very much mistaken. the controls are very easy to use and i found that my carpet was a lot cleaner with this machine than with the bisell i had replaced. It is light and easy on the back to use not much effort was required on my part. i am hoping it will last quite a few years we shall ssee.

having a small dog that does not wipe his feet!!! our hallway carpet soon became grubby,so looking at hiring a carpet cleaner but decided against this because of the prices!!so bought this one from argos and used it as instructed and we are very impressed with what the machine had done!yes it does make the carpet a little damp for a day or two but we have no regrets buying this machine,it is a must if you have pets or children and need to refresh the look of your carpets from time to time,well done vax!!!!

Ideal light machine for a quick freshening up of the carpets, and good value for money.

Light weight and easy to manouvre. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats so dirty paw prints and the occasional accident were the main reason for purchasing this cleaner and it done the job first time, I didn't have to go over anywhere twice and the carpets were dry enough to walk on when I finished. Very easy to clean and every part is see through so you can see that it is cleaned thoroughly unlike my previous carpet cleaner by a different maker. Excellent value for money particularly as I got it half price when it was on promotion at Argos. Would recommend without hesitation.

I found the unit easy to use. the clean water tank could be improved by putting graduation marks on the side to make mixing easier. I measured out 1 litre and 2 litre marks with a marker pen. the carpet cleaned up well but was slightly wetter than I anticipated after use. but in warm weather it soon dried.

it does a good job making carpets looking cleaner and fresher but not so good at getting stubborn stains out.it does hurt your hand after a while as you have to hold in the button while pushing the cleaner and the drying time for the carpets is only a couple of hours which is good.a good cleaner to use on fairly new carpets that you want to freshen up every so often id give this cleaner 8 out of 10 as it does do a good job

Hi ok for light stains and freshen up but no immediate problems when cleaning after use we had to unscrew the base plate so we could clean out the brushes but it was only 2 screw's so it did not take long overall it does what it say's on the box.

i have great pleasure in telling you that i find the vax a very good buy and so easy to use it cleans much better than my old machine.

This is a very nice easy to use carpet cleaner. It did a fantastic job on our sitting room rug much better than a large cleaner we used to hire. It is so simple to use and clean, it is lightwieght and can apparently do upholstery so should be able to do stairs but have not tried yet. We bought this with a new Vax vaccuumn which we are equally delighted with as a pets pack and would highly recommend.

i am 64 yrs old and its the first time i have ever purchased a carpet cleaner and with growing grandchildren running in and out with muddy feet i can honestly say i should have brought one yrs ago its unbelievable you have to buy one to see for your self the miracles it does to your carpets and its so easy to clean out after. well done to the makers.

Cleans carpet very thoroughly but does not remove as much water as our old Vax all in one wet and dry cleaner.

Found the machine extra easy to assemble & set up have used a much earlier model from the vax range but I found this machine to be much better,lighter & very easy to fill up & it glides accross the carpet collecting the dirty water,with a simple action.

The only thing I would add to this great bit of kit,would be better markings on the side of the bottle,so you could add the water and detergent quicker but it was not a big problem.
