Compact Steam Cleaner V-081

Love it. easy to set up and use. nice and compact. wish I'd bought one sooner. great for small marks on carpet and getting muck out of small crevices on cooker, washer etc where it accumulates but difficult to clean. Also great on bathroom tiles and round the skirting where dust builds up. wish I had more time to use it.

Excellent - easy to use and fantastic results. My oven looks brand new again without the use of chemicals. Amazing.

Works well, does all i need it to and what it said it could do.
A bit annoyed over the del. but that's not an issue.
Great piece Vax again, the house is full of vax equipment.

Excellent but the small round brush is not very durable

It cleaned our kitchen floor better than any steam cleaner we have used in the past. Easy to use and with a good range of attachments. A little more information about surfaces that can be effectively cleaned by steam would have been helpful.

Really easy to use, makes like work of heavy grime. Large tank gives plenty of steaming time & steam jet is powerful. My one & only complaint is that the extension hoses could be a bit sturdier.

Having just purchased this steam cleaner in the last fortnight,i'm like a child with a new toy,i'm looking for what i can steam clean next.
It is very easy to use, very light, good extension lead, different attachments, very compact and it heats up very quickly. It is a very versatile cleaner and can be used for so many different things, i have yet to use it on my carpets. Initially it is a bit hard on the hand, but that is only because of the anti slip grip, after a while you don't notice it. I would recommend this cleaner to my friends.

Looking at previous comments on Amazon I was expecting a hard time fitting it all together but I did it in 6 minutes. Used it immediatly and it really works. The kitchen floor has never been as clean and the bathroom tiles are gleaming. I would recommend this steam cleaner to anyone.

i bought this product as a sanatizer. basically to streilize everything.(killing the dreaded bugs) which it does well.and quickly.you will not need to waste money on chemicals or chuck away anything.

some poeple will be looking to buy this as a cleaner, that is still good. however do remember this is probably the best non-comerical steamer there is,(you get what you pay for) so to use as a cleaner will take a bit of time. light cleaning though is more than ok.

the items i would recommend this product for cleaning/sterilizing are- curtians/upholstery/mattresses/carpets/soft toys.(always test first in a blind area) be prepared to wait about 2-3 hours on items drying depending on how thourgh you are.

i tried it on walls but too much water ran down so stopped. also tried on window frames but found a sponge and water quicker.

the tools are easy to use, however i found myself only ever using the jet spray and the floor tool. you will need to remember not to try to scrub with this product, work slowly and gentle and let the steam do the work and all will be ok.

evan though there are hard bristle's on the floor tool, you can not scrub as it will come off at the (pull toward motion) but can be used in the (push away motion). better just to use the cloth attached for better results and use a gliding motion.

product inprovememnts i would have expected/would like to see.

are- automatic cable rewind built in, outlet for attaching the steam hose on the top, the onboard tool section i feel is a waste of space and should have been used for the housing of a vaccum cleaner motor. to improve convenience and product sale ability -more multi fucntional.

i have bought some other steamers in the past, but not to this standard. another online store beginning with "a" is selling the same item for £99. which i feel is way over the top when there is no vaccum option.

all in all not a bad product well priced,works well. would love to see "vax" come out with the mac 2 version with the fixes and suggestions outlined above, then this would truley be every house-holders "must have" next big gadget.

Easy to use, small and light. Quiet and works a treat, great for home use.
One small problem is it needs to be stored empty of water and getting the water back out of it is awkward, standing over the sink shaking the thing for 10 mins was not fun.
