Our Customer Careline is based at our head offices in Droitwich and is staffed by a team of friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Advisors.
Our advisors deal with all types of customer query, whether you need advice for choosing the right type of machine, help with assembly, operational problems or buying and fitting new accessories or filters.
Whatever the query, they are trained to resolve issues speedily and efficiently by talking you through the process step by step. This process is so successful that approximately 80% of calls are resolved over the phone.
In the other 20% of cases, when our engineers need to take a closer look at the machine to resolve a technical issue, our advisors will arrange for it to be collected by courier to be repaired and sent back to you. In the majority of cases your machine will be returned to your designated delivery address within 72 hours of collection*.

* Any machine returned to Vax in need of repair, which we believe results from misuse or has not been used in accordance with the guidelines that are laid out in the user manual, may be subject to a £35.00 repair charge, payable before the machine is returned.
