It is important that you change your vacuum cleaner filters and bags on a regular basis to ensure your vacuum cleaner or carpet washer performs to its optimum. We recommend that you change vacuum filters every 12 months vacuum bags when they are full.

All Vax products come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. Should you experience any problems within the first 12 months from the date of purchase, please contact the Vax Careline and one of our advisers will be pleased to assist you.
The Vax Careline is open Monday - Friday 8.00am till 6.00pm and Saturday - Sunday 9.00am till 5.00pm
