It is important that you change your vacuum cleaner filters and bags on a regular basis to ensure your vacuum cleaner or carpet washer performs to its optimum. We recommend that you change vacuum filters every 12 months vacuum bags when they are full.

At Vax we are dedicated to ensuring that you are happy with your floorcare appliance. Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, our dedicated careline can help you. All our advisers are fully trained and will be able to help you solve any problems quickly and easily. The Vax customer careline is open Monday - Friday 8.00am till 6.00pm and Saturday - Sunday 9.00am till 5.00pm.
If your have any problems with your machine, contact the Vax careline for advice. If the issue cannot be resolved in this call you may either:
- Arrange with the Vax careline for your machine to be collected by courier to be repaired and sent back to you. In the majority of cases your machine will be returned to your designated delivery address within 72 hours of collection*
