It is important that you change your vacuum cleaner filters and bags on a regular basis to ensure your vacuum cleaner or carpet washer performs to its optimum. We recommend that you change vacuum filters every 12 months vacuum bags when they are full.

Warranty Details
At Vax we have recognised that for many of us extra peace of mind is priceless when it comes protecting our appliances.
We offer two additional warranties, which you can choose to take advantage of, to cover your new machine for up to 5 years from date of purchase.
The complete Breakdown Insurance Plan protects your appliance for up to 5 years, and covers you against the full cost of repairs, including parts and labour in the event of a breakdown for an additional 2 or 4 years after the expiry of the initial 12 month manufacturers warranty.
The Replacement Warranty offers you an additional warranty which gives you the benefit and convenience of a replacement appliance for you if failure occurs in years 2 or 3.
