It is important that you change your vacuum cleaner filters and bags on a regular basis to ensure your vacuum cleaner or carpet washer performs to its optimum. We recommend that you change vacuum filters every 12 months vacuum bags when they are full.

WEEE
The European WEEE Directive (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment) is a new regulation that aims to reduce the levels of electrical and electronic household waste. Vax is already implementing the first part of the regulations however from 2007 all domestic electrical products that have reached the end of their life have to be collected separately from everyday household waste and be recycled in a safe way. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your Local Authority or retailer for recycling advice.
