VAX ONEPWR Compact Cordless Carpet Cleaner

Amazing bit of kit, great size, no cords and cleans better than my old competitors carpet cleaner

I bought this for my own use on full carpets, but, so far used it to spot-clean in a club house. It is so easy to move around without a cord. So light and easy to put in the car compared with my old Rapide Ultra2. The result are good too.

Have had the Cordless Vax carpet cleaner for a month and am so pleased I purchased. Much smaller and lighter weight compared to my very old Vax Corded cleaner. After Charging Battery I used it straight away on Lounge and Hall carpets. The 35 minutes of Battery power was more than enough to finish the process. Filling of the tank was easy and so was the emptying of the REALLy dirty water. The switching modes also made the process easier being able to with to wash and dry, which really came into its own when we had a flood in our bathroom with came through to our kitchen as power was off was able to use the Cordless Vax to suck upon all the water from the Bathroom carpet , Kitchen vinyl floor and Kitchen rugs . Am more than happy with this Machine so pleased I Purchased , Lightweight easy to use and No screws to undo to clean the brush area like on my old machine. Have already recommended to Family and Friends .

Relatively quiet compared to my 10 year old VAX mains powered carpet cleaner which still works without a fault. The automatic Wash/ Dry switching mode makes the whole carpet cleaning process a breeze. The cleaning power is second to none despite being a battery powered device and after a wash, due to a powerful suction during the “DRY” mode of operation, carpets are dry as advertised within an hour. Easy to take off the dirty/ clean water cylinders, brush and foot for cleaning/ rinsing purposes after use. I found that the battery capacity is better than advertised 35 minutes and the machine’s foot print is reasonably small which makes it easy to store in an airing cupboard. Been looking for a "smaller" carpet cleaner, away from the larger electric ones; this fits the bill perfectly. Despite its' small footprint (no electric lead!) it delivers a deep thorough clean that rivals larger machines, but not too small, that still does an exceptional job of cleaning the rugs; and they really needed a clean as this cleaner really proved. It is also refreshingly easy to use making the whole process quick and hassle free, with simplicity itself for filling and emptying. A compact powerful cleaner that is perfect for all rug types (and probably carpets as well) Found it so easy to setup for use, and in use push forward to wash and pull back to dry, and then there is a dry only function, all easily found on the screen. Tried on different types of rugs, short pile (2 x 3M) and a ribbon rug (5 x 4M) and did an excellent job on both, the battery life was impressive to, taking 1 1/2 charges and 1 hour to clean - but the rugs did really needed it! Noise levels were pleasantly low making the cleaning process far less disruptive than other machines. Cleaning the machine afterwards was straight forward no fiddly parts or awkward obsatacles to deal with. Over all it is simple to use, efficeint, and delivers professional results without the bulk. Would highly recommend!
