VAX Platinum SmartWash Carpet Cleaner and 4L Solution Bundle

We’ve had the shampooer for a week or so and have cleaned several carpets to good effect. We had used a similar machine, borrowed from a friend, but treated ourselves (as we are likely to get a dog soon) to our own. Looks to be a worthwhile purchase and the detachable pre-treatment wand likely to be a useful tool. The bundle was with a large bottle of solution which looks to be a saving compared to getting later. As mentioned, carpets look cleaner (plenty of dirt in waste tank) and quickly dry even without a second dry run. Only down side is it’s heavy but what do you expect? The wheels make manoeuvring reasonably easy. Not the cheapest product but does the job very well.

I brought this platinum smart wash pet design carpet cleaner, because my old Vax Platinum carpet cleaner has broken down. This new design carpet cleaner is much easier and clean carpet much better than previous models, It use less water to clean the carpet which means the carpet dries quicker and sooner. At first I was sceptical, but after cleaning the carpet, to my surprise how clean the carpet was and how soon it dried so soon. This machine is more electronic control than previous model, From my experience, it is less stressful and more control over the machine. I like the idea the carpet cleaner machine does automatically wash and vacuum dirty water automatically. Normally, with my old model carpet cleaner would take an hour in one room, with this new model it took about between 25 and 30 minutes cutter to clean the carpet.

I had a few teething issues with bits that were incomplete or didn't fit. All delt with promptly over WhatsApp and we had everything sorted within 10 days. I am absolutely delighted with the cleaning and drying abilities of this machine. Initially it feels plasticky but overall it is strong and light to use. I wish I had purchased one years ago instead of hiring one of the heavy machines available on the market for carpeting cleaning.
