Bought this carpet washer recently and used once. The result produced very certificatory. Easy to use and you can clean from floor carpet to rugs. Like it. Only downside was I had to contact customer service for the instructions for how to remove the handle for storage but very good customer service matter was solved quickly. Thank you.

Used to clean the lounge carpet, a high human traffic area along with a large dog in the house. So far the results are brilliant, with the carpet coming up so much cleaner and smelling so much fresher. The musty smell is gone. I was amazed at the dirt and grime removed, and it dried in a few hours. This will pay for itself in the span of a few washes - a great cleaner at a bargain price - so glad we bought it.

Vast improvement on my previous ten year old model. Easier to clean and maintain.

Very impressed with this machine, not having to pre mix the solution makes life so much easier. was only going to clean one carpet but as the machine was so good I cleaned then all, quick drying and good results.
