I bought this a couple of weeks ago, just had chance to use it on a very large rug and carpet where I have a busy family and a golden retriever! It was so very easy to use, it cleaned both beautifully, cleaning up a coffee stain that had been there a while! Love the fact that you can rinse the detergent out it leaves the carpets lovely and soft! Dries really well! I’m very impressed! I’ve had professional cleans in the past and this has done a better job! I would recommend to anyone!

Superb excellent machine especially if you have pet. Love the drying facility. Really easy to put together and take apart especially for cleaning. Love it! Makes the carpet really soft to walk 9n again very like when the carpet is new.

Bought this new machine to replace an older model that i managed to break the handle off. This one is so easy to set up, easy to use and does a great job, cleaned living room and bedroom carpets which now look like new. Love that this model has a dry button facility so dries on both forward and backward when required. Great cleaner would highly recommend.
