VAX SmartWash XL Advanced Carpet Cleaner

the VAX SmartWash XL Advanced Carpet Cleaner is a fantastic machine , easy to set-up and use and the self clean function makes everything so much easier after using. This machine gave outstanding results on our 2 year old carpets , making the look and feel clean once more , couple of passes in drying mode and carpets were dry within an hour .this is a big machine but not heavy, take your time and the results achieved are amazing.highly recommended this cleaner.

Bought to replace an old machine, loved the auto function on this one. The Machine is easier to clean and is much lighter than my old vax. Found it much easier to use and manoeuvre. Left carpet clean and dry in no time. Which is handy with two small children and a muddy dog. Only thing i wasn’t keen on was there not being a separate water and solution container and it all being in one. So if too much solution is made and not used it would have to be discarded.

I bought this on offer to replace an older vax rapid power plus carpet washer. The difference is crazy, this new machine has alot more power and cleans much faster. The attachments are much easier to put on and off for the hose attachments. Cleaning the machine is easier and more accessible and it has a built in self clean mode that is awesome, saves so much time. I love it. I always choose vax and will conitnue to do so the customer service is always 10/10 and the service provided is top notch. Thanks again

I bought this carpet washer at a good promotional price to replace an old Vax Platinum Power Max Carpet Cleaner, that was beginning to show it's age. I have 2 large long haired dogs and so need to clean the carpets regularly. I'm really pleased with the how it revived my old carpets, with a shorter cleaning and drying time. The previous Vax used to take ages to remove all the hair and fibres from the brushes and the suction areas, but with this one, everything unclipped without the need for a screwdriver and cleaned easily. The self clean option using the tray was a added bonus, although not necessary. The only detail I didn't like was the fact there isn't a separate dispenser for the cleaning solution; you add it directly to the water, so if make to much mix, it needs discarding. The hose attachment is lighter than my old machine too, making it easier to handle and store. I would definitely recommend this machine.

I was very pleased with this machine. It has a nice wide cleaning head, it's easy to manouvre over the carpets, The tray for the self cleaning is a great idea and very easy to use. The main function of cleaning is really good. I had an old coffee stain on my carpet which would not come out. I tried with my old machine without any success. This one removed it without any problems.
