Great cleaner
This model is great to use with the flex feature. It still has all the cleaning power of earlier models to deal with heavy work and pet hairs. Generally a good product made even better.

Really good vacuum cleaner.
Bought the hoover for our daughter & son in laws silver wedding present, she loves how versatile it is, doing the stairs is easier now & being able to just grab it & hoover up bits on the floor quickly without plugging wires in is great, the price was really good too.

Miles better than Dyson
Bought this following a disappointing purchase of an equivalent Dyson which was never satisfactory and eventually stopped working. The Vax although a little heavier is miles better, in pick up , and dust disposal. Altogether better

I purchased this vax over a month ago it easy to use light weight for an elder person to use i find the button to empty the rubbish a little hard as I have trouble with my hand apart from that it's easy to use hoping the empty button will get easier to use with more use
