What our customers are saying...
Customers overwhelmingly praise the powerful suction, which effortlessly removes embedded pet hair from carpets and high-traffic areas. The lift-out design is celebrated for making stairs, furniture, and tight corners significantly easier to clean. Reviewers consistently describe it as lightweight and easy to maneuver, with multiple attachments including a rotating stair brush and pet-specific tools. The built-in floor light and easy-emptying canister add to its appeal. A few mention it feels heavier than expected or note minor brush issues, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by enthusiastic feedback. Overall, most customers consider it an exceptional upgrade.
