Bought 3 weeks ago and wasn’t expecting such a fast and smooth delivery…I was not expecting how flipping good the vax is aswell! We had battery powered vacuums in the past and thought they were good and rooms were clear! How wrong I was! The VAX was full from each room…wow

Honestly this vacuum is brilliant, it's designed very well and is great value for money, it really lifted out everything from the carpets and I'd rate this above a stick vacuum, even the good ones. The power and suction is some of the best I've ever experienced with a vacuum, ordering direct from Vax was the best value and delivery was quick and easy. I'm very pleased with this item and would recommend it if u just want a device that does the job and this certainly does...thank u Vax

Superb Vacuum!

I researched for quite a while before purchasing and although most of the reviews were positive, I was a bit apprehensive. I need not have worried! Unboxing and assembly was unbelievably easy. The instructions were super simple and all the parts are labelled on the vacuum. This vacuum has so many pros. I love how simple it is to pop out the pipe to quickly use the hose. No hassle, no plugging other bits in. I have two flights of stairs so the fact the pipe stretches all the way up one flight is a game changer. I always had to ask my husband to do the stairs because my old vacuum was too heavy and awkward to balance. Not any more! The suction is amazing. I thought my carpets were quite clean until I used this vacuum but the dust container was full after one session. The cable is also very long so I don't have to keep switching sockets. Other reviews said it was loud, heavy and needed emptying everytime. I feel it's perfectly acceptable noise wise and it's much lighter than my old vacuum. As for emptying more regularly, isn't that a good thing? It means it's picking up a lot more dirt and dust. With four dogs, this vacuum has already made a big difference. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the fact it was reduced makes it an absolute bargain. I have had several VAX products and this one hasn't disappointed. I would highly recommend. Wish I'd bought one sooner!

This is the best vacuum I've had, it's easy to use picks up well and has great functions. Very lightweight to use on the stairs, long hose and handle to reach up high and a very long cable. Lots of different tools too, makes vacuuming a pleasure! would highly recommended.
