Worth every penny
Bought the carpet cleaner direct from Vax, same price as Amazon but it also comes with a steam cleaner that is not given by Amazon. The machine arrived as promised, very easy to set up. Used the spot treatment wand and then the main system. Also used the hand held rotary brush. Perfect results, the carpets are like new, clean, odour free and a raised pile. Excellent value for money 💰

Tried my Vax carpet cleaner for the first time today. Couple of issues to start which were probably my fault - filled the pretreat solution tank to the top and it looked like it was leaking but now the level has gone down a bit it is OK so probably just don't fill to the top. - the dirty water was not being picked up initially, I took the dirty water tank out and pushed it firmly back again and now its fine. After those two issues everything is great, really like the automatic wash when pushing forward and dry when pulling back plus you can set the dry only mode to make sure the carpet is as dry as possible. Really great think is that it's easy to clean - the front panel comes off easily and the brushes come out easily (this was great for me because I have a dog and even though I vacuumed the carpet before cleaning there was still alot of dog hair picked up) I don't usually do reviews unless the product is really good or really bad - this one is good!
