I have waited for a while before reviewing this vacuum. We have 2 dogs and 3 kids, and this is the best vacuum we've ever had! We have bought other more expensive ones in the past that have been good to begin with but lose their suction over a few months. This VAX is still doing brilliantly. It picks up pet hairs from just about any surface, it's easy to empty, has a good long lead, and isn't too heavy, all at a great price! Well done, VAX!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this hoover genuinely deserves one. Quite simply, it’s the best I’ve ever owned—by a long way. From the very first use, the performance was on another level. It’s genuinely satisfying to use, knowing it’s actually doing a deep clean rather than just going over the surface. What really impressed me is how easy it is to handle. It’s lightweight, manoeuvres effortlessly around furniture, and makes cleaning far less of a chore. Even corners and awkward spaces are no problem anymore. The design is clearly well thought out, with everything feeling sturdy and high-quality. Another standout feature is how quiet it is compared to other hoovers I’ve had—it’s powerful without sounding like a jet engine, which is a huge bonus. Emptying and maintaining it is also straightforward and mess-free, which is something I’ve struggled with in the past. No fiddly bits or complicated steps—just simple and efficient. Overall, this hoover has completely exceeded my expectations. It’s made a noticeable difference in how clean my home feels, and I honestly wish I’d bought it sooner.
