How do I return an item?
To complete a return you will need to notify us within 21 days of receipt and provide the following details:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Order number
  • Product description
  • Date order was placed
  • Reason for return

On return of the item to us you will receive a full refund within 14 days. This includes any delivery charges.

When should I expect my refund?
Once we have received your item/s back to base, your refund can take up to 14 days to process.
Can I return part of my order?

Should you wish to, you can return part of your order. Please speak to our team who will assist you.

If your purchase comes with a free gift this will also need to be returned to claim a refund.

Our collections currently run Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
What packaging must I return my item in?
It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging. We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you change your mind it can make your return easier and quicker to administer if you return the items in their original packaging and contact us within 21 days of receipt.
How do I check the status of my return?

Do I have to return free gifts with a purchase?
To obtain a full refund all items must be returned, including free gifts.
Where can my order be collected from?
Collections can be completed from most domestic or business addresses.
