What are my payment options?

We have multiple payment options, please see below -

Why was my card refused?

Your card may have been refused due to the following:

  • You tried using a prepaid card - We do not accept these cards
  • You do not have sufficient funds in your account
  • You tried using a card that is not registered in the UK
I wanted to pay by instalments - Why have you taken the full payment?
If the Klarna instalments option was not available at checkout your purchase did not qualify for this payment option and therefore a full payment was required.

Do you accept international payments?
Unfortunately we only ship in the UK & Channel Islands therefore we do not accept international payments.
My discount code is not working?
Our discount codes are often issued with an expiry date. Please check within the terms & conditions this is still active. If you still need help with this please do reach our to our service team here.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
We do provide you with an invoice containing VAT information. Invoices are emailed to the email address provided at the point of purchase. If required our VAT number is GB747878269.
When will I receive my invoice?
If you have inputted an email address when completing your order, you will receive this via email up to 24 hours from purchase, followed by tracking details once your item is with our courier. If you purchased via our careline and did not input an email address, this will be posted out to you.
