My machine isn't working - Where can I get help?
You may be able to find the help you need on our Product Support page. We have a support portal where you will find trouble shooting tips, we also have videos that can be found here.
How do I find tips on maintaining my machine?
We have lots of tips and videos on how to maintain your machine here.
Where will I find the ratings label on my machine?
You can find the ratings label typically on the back or base of your machine on a white or silver label. Your model number will be a mix of numbers and letters and your serial number will 21 digits long.

The part I am looking for is out of stock, do you have an alternative?
If a part is out of stock please know we are constantly trying to get them back in. A lot of the time we have alternatives available, please contact us so we can check what we have.
My spare part has arrived a different colour?
The item you have received is from our extended range of after sale spares and as such might not be supplied in retail packaging, from time to time the colour may vary.
My product is out of warranty - What can I do?
Although you may be out of warranty, we still have support available for you including spares, trouble shooting and maintenance tips. If you still need help our friendly support team are always available. You can head to our self help page. Please find this here.
