    What are my delivery options?

    We offer 3 delivery options. Nominated day delivery, free next day delivery and standard delivery.

      Nominated Day Delivery: A fee from £4.99 will be payable for Nominated Day Delivery on orders of machines, spares, solutions and accessories as stated at the time of placing the order. Orders received after 5pm Monday – Friday will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

      Free Next Day Delivery: Free next day delivery is available on machine orders. Please refer to our terms and conditions to check your area is eligible for next day delivery

      Standard Delivery: For spares and accessories orders below £20, a charge of £2.99 will apply for Standard Delivery service For spares and accessories orders over £20, a free standard delivery service will apply. You would then receive the goods within 5 working days of placing the order. 

    Can I amend or cancel my order?
    No, once your order has been placed we cannot amend or cancel it; please refer to  returns if you change your mind. If you wish to order additional items, please place a new order via our website or Careline. 
    What do I do if my order arrives incomplete?
    If your order is incomplete, please allow a little extra time before contacting us as your order may be split into separate deliveries. All items are being dispatched within the promised delivery time, and you will receive notification by email when any additional items are dispatched.  
    Where do you deliver?
    Deliveries cannot be made outside of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. Where next day delivery is available, only Mainland UK orders before 5pm Monday-Friday will be next day delivery.
    What happens if I am out when my order arrives?
    If there is no-one able to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods. If you are not able to accept delivery when it is attempted our carrier will leave a ‘missed delivery card’ with your tracking number and date of attempted delivery. Our carrier will attempt delivery up to three times. If our carrier is unsuccessful with these delivery attempts, the shipment will be held at the carrier’s facility for five days before returning to Vax.
    Can I amend my address details?
    We are sorry we are unable to change your address details once the order has been placed.
    Will I receive confirmation my order has been dispatched?
    Yes, once we release your order to our carrier you will receive a email confirmation from Vax, in addition you should receive an email directly from the carrier with a tracking number for each parcel. This information can be used to track the item to your door via their website.
    How will I receive my tracking information?
    Tracking information is provided via both email or SMS.
    What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
    If your item is damaged on arrival please contact our Customer Service Team, here we will then arrange for the damaged items to be returned.
